Coping with Change: Supporting Employee Physical and Mental Wellbeing in Challenging Times

When: Tuesday, December 8
Time: 10 - 11:30 a.m.
Where: Zoom Webinar
Cost: Free

Change is inevitable as we have all experienced first-hand in 2020. Our ability to stay flexible, connected, and invested in our physical and mental wellbeing are key components to helping us move through change in a healthy way.

As employers we are in a position to help support our employees’ ability to cope with change. Join experts from HPACT (Health Programs for Arizona Cities, Counties and Towns) as they discuss practical ways to manage our approach to an ever-changing environment, whether in the workplace, home or social settings.

The program will explore healthy practices for increasing personal levels of resilience, learn coping skills, the importance of consistence, and healthy behaviors that can turn the tide on how we view and manage change in an ever-changing world.

This IS the time to use all the tools available to support our wellbeing, and HPACT and Valley Schools is here to provide our Arizona public sector community resources that work.
