League Launches #AZCitiesCare to Recognize Efforts During COVID-19
As many of us continue to stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, cities and towns must stil continue to provide services and create unique opportunities for residents to stay involved during this time.
To highlight the frontline workers who are continuing to provide these essential services, the League of Arizona Cities & Towns is launching #AZCitiesCare.
This social media recognition campaign recognizes our cities and towns’ necessary workers, including public safety, public works, transit and others.
If you have a great story to share of your city or town workers continuing to provide services during COVID-19, please post it to social media channels and tag @AZCities and use the hashtag #AZCitiesCare. You may also e-mail any stories to swomer@azleague.org.
