League Welcomes New Legislative Associate

Welcome to Roxanna Pitones, the new Legislative Associate for the League of Arizona Cities and Towns!

Pitones started at the League in early November. She was previously a Policy Advisor on the Senate Minority Staff. While in the Senate, Pitones worked on the Education, Higher Education, Commerce, and Natural Resources Committees. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University, receiving a degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish Literature.

“Ms. Pitones has a strong background and experience dealing with complex legislative issues,” said League Legislative Director Nick Ponder. “She will add great value to the League and to our member cities and towns and we look forward to her joining our team.”
