The League’s 2022 Municipal Policy Statement, comprised of the legislative policy positions and action items collaboratively chosen by Arizona’s cities and towns, is now available.
This training is a one-day course based on the League's annual Newly Elected Officials Training. This course will cover the basics of serving as an elected official or staff in an Arizona city or town.
Thank you to all the municipalities that celebrated the 20th Annual Cities & Towns Week in October. This week is set aside each year to recognize the services that cities and towns provide, as well as to honor those who serve at all levels of municipal government. Cities & Towns Week was held October 17-23, and many cities held events or issued proclamations to celebrate.
The All-America City Award recognizes communities that leverage civic engagement, collaboration, inclusiveness and innovation to successfully address local issues. Cities, counties, towns and tribes can submit a letter of intent by January 10th to receive $100 off of their application fee.
New Homeowner Assistance Fund aims to keep low-income homeowners in their homes.
