League New Laws Report

The 2020 New Laws Report of the League of Arizona Cities and Towns is now available.

The report briefly describes the enacted bills that have an impact on the operations of cities and towns. This year the League tracked more than 200 bills, testifying on many of those in House and Senate Committees. However, most of the bills did not pass this year due to the suspension of the legislative session for COVID-19. There may be special sessions in the future and any bills passed that impact cities and towns will be added to this report as an addendum.
