On July 4, 2014 the City of Goodyear held the Guinness World Record-achieving Largest Soul Train Dance! 426 people participated in the dance in center field of Goodyear Ballpark during the city’s annual Star Spangled 4th Celebration. In 2013, the city’s 4th of July celebration brought together the largest gathering of individuals wearing false mustaches.
