During the summer months, the League’s legislative staff has been traveling throughout the state to report on activities of the legislative session that have an impact on cities and towns. If you were unable to attend one of the roadshow presentations, the League legislative staff will be providing their update during the League’s Annual Conference in August.

Four Arizona city and county leaders were recently recognized for their extraordinary work on behalf of their organizations. Leaders from the cities of Tempe and Phoenix, as well as Maricopa and Yuma Counties, received Gabe Zimmerman Public Service Awards at the annual awards luncheon in July.
