The League’s 16th Annual Cities & Towns Week is coming up October 15 – 21, 2017! Arizona Cities and Towns Week is set aside each year to provide citizens with important information about the services and programs provided by their city or town. Each year a set of legislative resolutions is adopted which set forth the League’s agenda for the following year’s legislative session. See the summary chart of the 2018 Resolutions approved at this year’s League Conference.
The League is once again offering a one-day course based on the League’s annual Newly Elected Officials Training. The course will cover the basics of serving as an elected official or staff in an Arizona city or town.

The League, along with BMO Harris Bank, is pleased to announce our partnership in offering a consortium based Procurement Card program to all Arizona League members. This program is geared toward Arizona’s cities and towns and has some important benefits for your municipality.

The Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame recognizes veterans for their outstanding efforts and achievements to their communities outside of their military service. Your city or town may wish to issue a proclamation for Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Day.
In coordination with the City of Tucson, Visit Tucson, and the Arizona Council for Transportation Innovation, Pima Association of Governments is excited to co-host the Borderlands Trade and Transportation Technologies Conference on Oct. 19 in Tucson.
